By accessing and using the services provided by Sigivahan Cab Services, including our website, mobile application, and transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sigivahan Cab Services provides transportation and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Cancellation

When you book our services:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You agree to pay the specified fare and any applicable fees.
  • Cancellations must be made according to our cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 75% refund
  • Cancellations made 4-12 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No refund

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Treat our drivers and staff with respect.
  • Not damage or misuse our vehicles.
  • Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities while using our services.
  • Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in our vehicles.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made using approved payment methods. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through your account, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

6. Liability Limitation

Sigivahan Cab Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Personal Belongings

While we take reasonable care to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the transportation service. Passengers are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, civil unrest, or severe traffic conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
